Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Sri Sharavi Beach Villas & Spa.
Please read these terms and conditions to ensure an enjoyable stay.

1. Booking and Payments

• All rates are in USD and include breakfast.
• A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining 50% must be paid two months before arrival for Peak bookings and one month before for Low–High season bookings.
• Deposits for Peak season bookings are non-refundable.
• Date changes are subject to management discretion.
• Suites accommodate up to three adults or two adults and two children under 12 years old.
• Surcharge of USD 89 per extra adult.
• Surcharge of USD 58 per child under 12 years.
• Children under 3 years stay free in villas and suites.
• Payments are processed securely via HSBC. We do not store your card information.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Peak/High season: Free cancellation up to 2 months prior (USD 150 admin fee applies).
• Normal season: Free cancellation up to 1 month prior (USD 150 admin fee applies).
• Late payments may result in cancellation without refund.
• Full refund in case of cancellation by us before arrival date.
• We advise all guests to obtain travel insurance.
• No refunds for no-shows or early departures.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and additional charges.
• Valid ID or passport is required at check-in.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are liable for damages or missing items.
• Smoking is allowed only outdoors or on terraces.
• Noise must be minimized after 10:00 PM.

5. Villa Facilities and Usage

• Guests use facilities at their own risk.
• The pool is unsupervised — children must be supervised by an adult.
• We are not responsible for injuries or lost belongings.
• Management reserves the right to terminate stays for violations without refund.

6. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for interruptions due to events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics).

7. Privacy Policy

• Guest data is used only for managing bookings and legal compliance. We do not share your data unnecessarily.

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by Sri Lankan law.
• Disputes will be resolved in Sri Lankan courts.
• By confirming your reservation and completing payment, you agree to these terms.
